This site tries to demistify the VA's disability pension benefit for war-time veterans and the death pension benefit for un-remarried widowed surviving spouses of war-time veteran.
In particular the Aid and Attendance entitlement provision of both these non-service connected disability benefits by providing clear advice and help for anyone interested in finding out more about successfully getting these benefits awarded to them by the VA.
The biggest problem we have found is that relatives of the elderly veterans need the most information, so we cover all issues that need to be addressed to properly document and support a claim application.
